However, there is currently no taxonomy based on the views of Islamic scholars for Islamic education. A new taxonomy called the Aqliyyah-Nafsiyyah taxonomy has been developed to address this gap. This taxonomy is based on the theories of three central figures: Ibn Sina, Al-Ghazali, and Al-Attas. The taxonomy was developed through a mixed-method quantitative and qualitative content analysis of the three main books of the three figures. The result of the qualitative content analysis identified five main categories and 22 sub-categories for developing the Aqliyyah-Nafsiyyah taxonomy of learning Islamic education at the secondary level. The contribution of the research lies in the unique perspectives of Ibn Sina, Al-Ghazali, and Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas on understanding human nature and education in the Islamic tradition. Their works have developed a taxonomy that can help navigate the complexities of human nature and education within an Islamic framework while addressing contemporary challenges to spiritual fulfilment.
Husnul Rita Binti Aris Saedah Binti Siraj Zaharah Hussin Copyright (c) 2024 Husnul Rita Binti Aris, Saedah Binti Siraj, Zaharah Hussin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-05-15 2024-05-15 2 1 1 24 10.61166/fadlan.v2i1.47 Islamic Education Thought Seyyed Naquib Al-Attas https://al-fadlan.my.id/index.php/i/article/view/39
This paper explains the concept of Islamic education originating from one of the Muslim scholars, Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas. His concept of Islamic education can be said to be fundamental. His concept was based on his thoughts on the Islamization of Science. Thus, al-Attas believes that the fundamental problem of Islamic education is the carelessness of people in formulating and developing educational plans based on integrated Islamic principles. Thus, he considered that the concept and pattern of notification of Islamic education lies in its system and purpose. He offered "ta'dib" as a term for the concept of education. The choice of this term has implications for the Islamic education system, including: objectives, forms, and curriculum.
Muhammad Syaiful Islam Copyright (c) 2024 Muhammad Syaiful Islam https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-06-04 2024-06-04 2 1 25 36 10.61166/fadlan.v2i1.39 Paradigm of Religious-Conservative Education Thought from KH Hasyim Asy'ari's Perspective https://al-fadlan.my.id/index.php/i/article/view/40
KH. There are many choices of games that can be fun and make them happy. The role of parents is very important in choosing safe games for children, of course games that are useful and educational for them. One example of an educational game for children is Smart Hafiz which has the advantage of being suited to children's needs. Apart from being safe from radiation, Smart Hafiz has a lot of content that can provide lessons for children, especially Islamic religious learning which is packaged with songs, stories, and stories, which are equipped with audio-visuals so that children will enjoy and be more interactive with the learning content. Smart Hafiz is designed for children's safety and comfort so that children can play while learning in a fun, entertaining way without losing the educational element of this tool. A child's ability to read the Koran fluently is every parent's hope. In the midst of the widespread use of digital media and the rise of illiteracy, the family environment acts as the first foundation stone which becomes the main focus of education for children to eradicate illiteracy in the Koran as well as being a filter from the bad influence of technology. This research is qualitative research using content analysis and literature study methods. This research focuses on: how urgent it is to teach the Koran to children in the family environment; what are the features of learning the Koran in Smart Hafiz media; and how to use Smart Hafiz media to support the ability to read the Koran. The research results found three important aspects that parents must pay attention to when using Smart Hafiz media to be able to support children's ability to read the Al-Qur'an, including: 1) optimizing function, which emphasizes use according to correct procedures; 2) potential development, which anticipates hampering children's productivity; and 3) instilling values, which requires a direct educational touch from parents.
Dinda Azzahra Copyright (c) 2024 Dinda Azzahra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-06-19 2024-06-19 2 1 64 76 10.61166/fadlan.v2i1.41
